All rates subject to 7% sales tax and 5% occupancy fee.
Rates are quoted on 2 adults. Extra adults in room are $10 per person per night.
Children under 16 stay free in room with parents.
Add $35 per night to April10, 11 &12; May 1 & 2; May 8 & 9; May 22, 23 & 24;
July 3, 4 & 5; Sept. 11 & 12; Oct. 9 & 10.
Add $45 per night to Add $25 per night to Sept. 4 , 5 & 6.
Add $50 Dec. 31 & Jan 1.
On stays less than 7 nights, May 1st thru October 3rd, add $20 to Friday and Saturday nights.
Minimum stays may be required during certain time periods.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposit required: One day's rental on daily reservations. 33% on weekly rentals.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express or check are accepted for reservation deposits.
Room deposit refundable on 7 day notice. Refunds will be minus a $15.00 service charge.
Apartment deposit is refundable if apartment is re-rented to another party, minus a $25 service charge.
Date changes will incur a $15 service charge, including shortening but not lengthening stay. Date changes must be done at least 7 days prior to check in date.
All persons must be 21 years of age, or accompanied by parents or guardian, to stay in rooms.
